Nationwide Exchange Services Continues National Growth Momentum with New Office and Partner Program in Las Vegas.

In September 2006, NES opened a new office in Las Vegas that will provide 1031 tax-deferred exchange services to the Southwest region. The office is located at 701 N. Green Valley Parkway, Suite 200, Henderson, Nevada 89074, telephone (702) 242-1031; www.nationwide1031.com.

The Las Vegas office signifies the latest development of continued growth at NES, which serves clients throughout the United States.

Teresa Story-Turner, Vice President of Sales in the Southwest region for Nationwide Exchange Services, oversees the new office. Story-Turner is primarily responsible for real estate business development and management, building affiliate business relationships, staff recruitment, and training in the Southwest region. Story-Turner has previous experience as the Vice President of Operations with her former employer and currently serves as a board member for the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA). Furthermore, Story-Turner earned the designation of Certified Exchange Specialist (CES®) as a result of serving as a Charter Council member to the CES® committee.

Also joining the Las Vegas team are Natalie Osborn and Selena Work. Both come to NES with a proven track record as exchange specialists working with investors, settlement agents and Realtors® in the Southwest area. They will be responsible for working with regional clients to provide a suite of 1031 tax-deferred services, and will assist in the continued growth of partners for Nationwide Exchange Services.

“We are very pleased to continue to broaden our geographic boundaries and to be able to do so with the addition of these seasoned professionals to our team,” said Michael Halloran, CEO of Nationwide Exchange Services. “I cannot speak highly enough about Teresa, Natalie and Selena. Their level of expertise and commitment to customer service are a perfect fit for NES.  This office will certainly allow us to expand the breadth of our capabilities and to better serve our clients in the Southwest region.”

“Our clients will not only be amazed by our many service levels, one of which being 24/7 online account accessibility with secure passwords, but they will also be able to sleep at night knowing that their investment dollars are 100% liquid in addition to being bonded and protected,” stated Teresa Story-Turner. “I chose NES because in an unregulated sector such as the 1031 exchange industry, I felt it imperative to find a company that has the infrastructure and resources that put the customer first from a consumer protection and regulatory compliance standpoint. Nationwide Exchange Services is the only independent QI I’m aware of that has voluntarily subjected itself to an independent third party audit, thus receiving a SAS 70 Type II certification.”
